CPAT PREPARATION GUIDE

CPAT Prep prepares individuals of varying fitness levels for the Candidate Physical Aptitude Test. This 12 Week Program will improve everything core to FCF's mantra of "Lungs, Legs and Grip". Daily workout plans will guide the journey toward a successful CPAT and a career in the Fire Service.
